Hurley gets $36,800 grant for resources inventory - Daily Freeman

Officials plan to use a $36,800 grant for resources inventory to help when reviewing projects and development applications.

The funding, which will cover natural and historic resources, was discussed last week following a Town Board meeting.

“It’s going to include everything,” Conservation Advisory Committee Chairwoman Joan Paccione said. “The historic houses that we have, our water…our flora, fauna, geology, groundwater, the trees, soil.”
